These terms govern use of badotter.io and services provided under the Bad Otter Labs name. Bad Otter Labs is a trading name of Bad Otter Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17409062. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

Using the services

You must use the services lawfully, provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You must not interfere with security, misuse APIs, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data or use the services to infringe another person’s rights.

Connected platforms

Features that connect to third-party platforms depend on the permissions you grant and the availability and rules of those platforms. You remain responsible for content you publish and for confirming actions performed through connected accounts.

Where a feature uses YouTube API Services, by using that feature you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

Bad Otter Ltd owns the Bad Otter Labs software, branding, interfaces and original materials, except where rights belong to relevant licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide, while granting the limited rights needed to operate the requested service.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn where reasonably necessary, including where a third-party API changes or access is revoked.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party platforms, or loss resulting from misuse of the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or ended where these terms are breached, security is at risk, a platform requires it or continued provision is no longer reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
