Bad Otter Labs is a trading name of Bad Otter Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17409062. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. You can disconnect a connected social account at any time through that platform’s account or security settings. This stops future authorised access, subject to the platform’s own processing.

Request deletion from Bad Otter Ltd

Email hello@badotter.io with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address connected to your account and the service or social platform concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal information and connected-platform tokens from systems under our control, normally within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or the establishment of legal claims.

Platform controls

You should also revoke Bad Otter Labs or the relevant application in your TikTok, Meta or Google account settings. Revocation prevents further API access but does not automatically remove information already lawfully retained by the platform itself.
